The fancy term is an income Share Agreement. Here's how it works.

We provide upfront financing anywhere from $2,500~$25,000 per year.
Complete Education
Once you're employed and earning at least $30,000 per year, you make repayments.

You pay us a fixed percentage of your income over five years.*

We work with students, education institutions and funders to build a global community of learners committed to each others’ success and to fund the education of future generations.
Our model is unique.Students get access to the funding the need to complete the education they deserve and commit to fund the next generation of students. Only once they start working and earning an income they start making “contributions forward” that we collect and use to fund the next generation. We want to to keep growing until nobody will have to worry about funding for their education anymore.
Every generation taking care of the next one is how the whole of society can grow and prosper.

Pay it forward
When you have a job and an income, pay a fixed percentage for a fixed amount of time fo your income so we can fund the next generation of students.
Who can request for FISA? - Eligibility
- We work with partners like Wedu (add others here over time) and can accept application that respect their eligibility criteria.
- If you are not eligible for any partner today, send us your information anyways and we will let you know when we start working with a partner for which you are eligible 18 and above.

Important note :
A PIF is not a scholarship, you will commit to pay the funds you receive forwards at the conditions of the contract. What is the eligibility criteria?
- Asian women (age 18+) with leadership aspirations
- Can understand English and willing to improve
- Pursuing or planning to pursue an education opportunity in Thailand or
- hold a passport from Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
What can you use it for?
You can request up to US$5,000 to support you with many costs associated with your education such as:
- Academic costs: tuition fees, course fees, etc.
- Living expenses: School materials and other costs related to day-to-day expenses
- Housing costs: Rent, water, electricity, internet, etc.
- Other costs, like visa renewal
What can I study?
You should look at these funding as an investment in yourself. You can study anything that you think will help you find a better job and meaningfully increase your income. Shorter certificates, bootcamps, and academies that build hard or soft skills can all help. We review applications on a case by case basis, so reach out and let’s explore possibilities.
What can I not use it for?
Repaying loans, purchases and investments that are not directly related to your education
Educational opportunities that are not going to directly and meaningfully increase your income, like conferences and short courses.
